RELIGION

Atlanteans respected one all-powerful spiritual being who created and controlled the tangible world to which they were always vulnerable. For most of their civilization they were in close touch with the natural environment – and worshiped it every day.  Similar to the way the Berbers once lived and whom I’ll show you they are Atlantean descendants.

I read a thesis by a woman who lived as a Berber until she was 17. She describes the women incorporating nature into everything they did – thinking about the origin of plants as they cooked, the source of wool as they spun and wove.  They believed Everything comes from earth & will return to it . At birth the umbilical cord is buried and they try to return to it before they die.

In ATLANTIS There were many festivals. I learned about some of them from a Scotsman named Michael Scott who travelled to Spain in the 13th century when the Moors were still there. He was familiar with Arabic & translated knowledge about Atl that was recorded in some of the manuscripts they had brought from Africa. The Rite of the Earth fires and other ceremonies focused on the gods of the earthquakes and volcanoes. The Atlanteans respected these secondary deities, supervised by the one great God who could use earthquakes and volcanoes to punish them. The sun was a manifestation of their one all powerful God.

The Atlanteans believed in immortality but it was important to preserve some components of the human body to provide a framework for the afterlife. All around the Atlantic Ocean bodies are found that were covered in red ochre and buried in a crouching position. In Reading 5750-1 Cayce describes Atlanteans gathering for outdoor services around stones placed in circles which Cayce said were “of the magnetized influence”. Here, the Spirit of the One spoke to those people.  The center of these powerful circles was often placed over underground water. There are many ancient stone circles around the Atlantic Ocean, such as at Sillustani, Peru near Lake Titicaca where one circle is 90 feet in diameter and another is about 150 feet.

How did I become interested in Atlantis?

It all started when I was very young. As a child, for some reason, I was SURE there was a land in the Atlantic Ocean called Atlantis. I can remember my Mother telling me I was wrong, and finally getting out a map and showing me there was no such place. I didn’t forget it

What Was It Like in Atlantis?

The country was lovely, in spite of the instability caused by earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. The volcanic soil was rich and nourishing and there was plenty of rainfall. It was relatively warm, even during the Ice Age. Lush flowering plants, ferns and trees grew everywhere. Plato describes the land this way and mentions the lakes, rivers

Who Lived in Atlantis So Long Ago?

The people who lived in Atlantis were basically very similar to us. Just as intelligent, they laughed, loved and grew angry, although they had more highly developed psychic abilities. Many Atlanteans thought one’s life should be 50% material and 50% spiritual. During the long civilization there were many who spent an immense amount of time
